 
Fosdick Golf Tournament This one actually has an 'enter' page but since it was so simple with only a large photo and some text I didn't mind breaking the 'one-page' rule. Main page has everything they needed; basic information about the tournament, link to entry form (I converted Word document into pdf so everyone can download it) schedule of events and email form. I incorporated a flash animation for the header pictures and used the large 'entry page' photo for the background which the main body of the website scrolls over so there is no white in the background.
