ADDITIONAL COSTS :

domain name registration.  I would suggest using DotEarth.com.  They are a very good, reputable company and they only charge $25 for a 2 year .com domain.  (Please ask for help when choosing your domain name.  It's important).
hosting, but I can set you up with hosting for $199 a year or we can use your existing company.
Third party software: databases, shopping carts, drop-down menus, search functions, professional photography, etc... -anything we have to pay a third party for.

ONLY FOR MY CURRENT CLIENTS:

Addition of your site in my own private 'webring', xml compliant sitemap, registration and verification with Google and Yahoo ($300) which will increase your search engine rankings.  There is also a $100 fee every 6 months to keep this updated.  Only my current clients are allowed in my webring.
